We control all stages of production to guarantee an excellent quality product. The nuts are exclusively collected from the trees and pulped to extract the nut. Any collection of nuts or almonds from the inhabitants of the Arganeraie is prohibited. The almonds are extracted from the nuts as and when required for the production of argan oil.
The argan oil obtained is filtered and stored away from light. It does not undergo any deodorization treatment and no other product is added (conservative for example). Its fine texture and nutty flavor make it one of the most prized oils in the kitchen.
Our culinary argan oil is perfect to enhance your oriental dishes, tajines and pastries. It is recommended as a substitute for sources of "bad" saturated fatty acids contained in fats of animal origin.
