It is authorized in Europe and most other countries. Nevertheless, Nepalese rhododendron honey is banned in India, Mexico, Brazil, Canada and Australia, classified as an unauthorized product.
Mad Honey is only legal for adults. The consumption of hallucinogenic honey is prohibited during pregnancy.
